By registering for Arlington County Recreation Programs, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Program Participation

Participants must meet age and eligibility requirements for their selected program. Arlington County reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule programs.

Payment & Refunds

Registration fees are due at time of registration. Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Arlington County Recreation staff through the platform.

Waiver

Participation in athletic and recreation programs involves physical activity and risk of injury. By registering, you acknowledge this risk and confirm the participant is physically able to participate.

Communications

By providing contact information during registration, you consent to receive program-related communications including email and SMS notifications. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS at any time.

Data Use

Registration information is used solely to administer programs. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required to provide program services.
